Solec Corporation Return & Refund Policy

Item can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Item will not receive a refund if postmarked after this 30-day period.

It is generally recommended to return items via UPS or FedEx Ground, however any signature shipping service with tracking information will be accepted. Item is a non-hazardous, water-based paint product.

Item must be returned using the same outer packaging and labeling it was received in.

Opened, partial, or repackaged containers will not be accepted and are not eligible for refund.

It is strongly recommended that the item be insured for the full value of the purchase to cover any potential damage or total loss by return carrier shipping service.

Item received damaged may not receive a full refund, depending on the severity of damage.

An inspection will be performed by Solec upon receipt of item to determine the appropriate amount of refund.

Any refund, if applicable, will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of returned item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@solec.org if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
